Creating for TS3 is a lot of fun but it can also be a lot of hardwork. My creations are created for personal & private game-play.

I'd also like to add:

♦ Please do not upload my creations to any other site including MTS, TSR or The Sims Exchange.

♦ Please do not slightly change my creations and try to re-upload them and claim as your own.

♦ If you want to use my Creation for anything that is not personal please ask permission first.

I would love to see how others use my creations, All that I ask is that you give credit and link back to my blog.
