Recently I've been in search of some loft style blueprints to build a home for my lil simmie Khadijah to move into when she reaches y/a hood. After hours and hours of searching the web I found this Youtube video by SimplyDesign25. The lots is called the Sofita and it's a sims 2 home.
This is my version of The Sofita and I tried to stick to the original design with minor changes. Photos of the empty lot can be found @ Cstylessims3forum.com. You can find the CC used to build this lot and the download link here
